In line with the principles defined in the Code of Ethics and Conduct adopted by the Company and inspired by the principles disseminated within the ASTM Group, TUBOSIDER has decided to adopt measures to ensure gender equality in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 draft standard, in order to guarantee equal opportunities among its employees, avoiding any form of discrimination in employment and work, and recognizing the diversity of its employees as a factor for success.
